George Gleason

George is one of the original founders of Cooperative Digital (1998). George has a passion for telephones and telephony systems going back over 20 years. In addtion to engineering and sales responsibilities, George is also the General Manager.

Mike Bernardo
Network Engineer

Mike has been part of Cooperative Digital since 2000. He has extensive experience working with computer networks and network servers in both Unix/Linux/BSD, Windows, and MacOSX environments. He also manages Cooperative Digital's Internet Telephony development program.

Ethan Willard
Founder, Integrated Signal; Cable & Facilities contractor

Ethan's experience in telecom goes back to the early 1980s. He manages Integrated Signal, our affiliated contractor for cable & facilities, and is one of the Bay Area's longest-established contractors in the field.

Colin MacIver
Telecoms Technician

Colin MacIver is the newest member of the team. He joined up in 2004, picked up skills quickly, and is looking forward to expanding his repertoire in the field. He also manages Cooperative Digital's product logistics.

In December 2004, Colin and his partner Mia were blessed with the birth of their first child, Mariedia.
